1. Eligibility

Our programs and services are available to U.S. residents only. By applying, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Services Provided

We offer housing support, homebuyer assistance, counseling, and food assistance programs. Participation in our homebuyer program requires completion of an application and a $40 fee to cover the cost of a credit report.

3. Payment Terms

The $40 application fee is non-refundable, except in the case of a duplicate charge (see Refund Policy).

4. Credit Authorization

By submitting your application, you authorize Help Community Services, Inc. to obtain your credit report solely for the purpose of evaluating eligibility for our homebuyer assistance program.

5. Limitation of Liability

Help Community Services, Inc. provides services “as is.” We are not responsible for errors, delays, or outcomes beyond our control. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to access unauthorized data, interfere with security, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
