Effective Date: 14th September, 2025
Help Community Services, Inc. charges a $40 application fee to cover the cost of a credit pull for our homebuyer assistance program.
1. Non-Refundable Fee
This fee is non-refundable once the application has been submitted and the credit pull process has begun.
2. Duplicate Charges
Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate charges. If you believe you were charged more than once in error, please contact us immediately at info@helpcommunityservices.org or (301) 798-5858.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information.
